Complimentary Introductory Session

During this session we will discuss the process, expectations and get to know each other. It is important that you are comfortable with me in order to get the most out of our time together and it is important that I am the right fit for your needs.

Standard program

2 sessions per month
Unlimited Email communication between sessions
Up to 2 additional 10 minute in between session calls

Accelerated Program

4 sessions per month
Unlimited email communication in between sessions
Up to 4 additional 10 minute in between session calls

Ongoing support program

Once you have worked through an initial coaching program, I offer ongoing support through a once a month session, email communication and priority scheduling of extra sessions as required.

Workshops and Seminars

I offer workshops or seminars tailored to your groups needs. Length can vary based on your needs and availability. Contact me for more information.

Speaking

I am available to speak to your group, to help them discover purpose, set goals and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. Contact me to discuss your particular needs.
