We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.
*If you are also a psychotherapy client for Stacey Kirkpatrick, we may collect separately, Special Categories of Personal Data and store information as required by regulations under PHIPA. This is separate from interactions with StaceyKirkpatrick.com or StaceyKirkpatrick.ca
Remember, if you choose not to share personal data with us, or refuse certain contact permissions, we might not be able to provide the products and services you’ve asked for.
- Withdrawing consent

- Our use of single-pixel gifs and web beacons
Our web pages may contain electronic images known as web beacons–sometimes also called single-pixel gifs–that allow us to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. We may include web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

We do not specifically market to or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
